How we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Last updated: March 2026
Who we are
Gibbs Brothers Ltd is a UK-based consultancy. We are the data controller for any personal data collected through this website. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, please get in touch via our contact form.
What data we collect
We only collect personal data that you provide voluntarily through the contact form on this website. This includes your name, email address, and any message you choose to send us.
We do not collect data through tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising tools. This website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar third-party tracking.
Why we collect it
We collect your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry. We will not add you to a mailing list, share your details with third parties for marketing purposes, or contact you for any reason unrelated to your original message.
How your data is processed
Contact form submissions are handled by FormSubmit.co, a third-party form processing service. Your submission is forwarded to our email address and is not stored indefinitely by FormSubmit. We recommend reviewing FormSubmit's privacy policy for details of their data handling.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and served through Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare may process connection data (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering the site and providing security. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
How long we keep your data
We retain email correspondence, including contact form submissions, for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was sent. Typically this is the duration of any subsequent engagement or discussion. Once no longer needed, correspondence is deleted.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie (__cf_bm) as part of its bot management service. This cookie does not track you across websites and does not require your consent under UK PECR.
If you watch embedded videos on this site, we use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set cookies unless you interact with the video player.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict our use of your data
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
To exercise any of these rights, please use our contact form.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. We will not notify you of minor changes, but any significant change to how we handle your data will be reflected here promptly.
